Entanglement dynamics for Unruh-DeWitt detectors interacting with massive scalar fields: the Unruh and anti-Unruh effects

We study, in the framework of open quantum systems, entanglement dynamics for a system composed two uniformly accelerated Unruh-Dewitt detectors interacting with bath massive scalar fields Minkowski vacuum. find that evolution coupled is always slower compared one massless fields, and this time-delay effect brought by field being can however be counteracted large enough acceleration, contrast to case static thermal bath, where time delay not affected temperature. Remarkably, maximal concurrence generated during may increase acceleration any inter-detector separation while ones decreases monotonically temperature, considered as an anti-Unruh terms generated.
